Wait, we're talking about confidence - why the heck is there a picture of a kid in the pool here? She's got cool glasses on, she does looks confident, but before you try to figure it out, I'll explain - but here's the thing, lets be real and talk first.

"Most people are living in an illusion based on someone else's beliefs."  This was a sentence in a book Im reading that really stuck out to me. (Book reference: You are a badass, how to stop doubting your greatness and start living an awesome life.) Great read by the way if you are indeed a Badass - a good one of course, like a super human being hero type of guy or gal, with a desire to make the world a better place....  and I think you are.

Why do I call it an Art?  Because we seem to make it that, spending way too much time, talent, focus and senseless life and energy on comparison, one to another. 

WHY..... is the question? I can come up with a few reasons, but none that are positive or worthwhile.

Sometimes we just need to hear those words.

Hello beautiful - You are beautiful. You have greatness within.

It's so easy to keep in the same circle of friends - do the same things day in and day out and not realize there is a world around you, outside that bubble that is hurting, confused and down right lost.

Lets be clear right up front - Im no expert, simply a mom who survived raising 2 grown children. 

We all have things that we are naturally good at - call it our talents - you know, just you being you in your natural state. It's the things that makes you tick.

Some of us are funny, and some not so.
