It's a New Year - say hello to 2020.

Is there such a thing? While I love the word balance, it just makes you feel peaceful and accomplished when it rolls off your tongue. Balance. Balanced Life. Life Work Balance.

Can we just be real for one moment here. Yes that title is a little bold, but at the same time - doesn't it empower you to think about being a badass at something - in a good kind of way, or course.

What I had in mind is a Proverbs 31 kind of BA

You know - the almighty dollar. When you think of money - is it in a positive light - oh yea, the green stuff! moolah - tiz the season to be jolly, giving, cheerful and all that.

I need to clarify that LIFE part because it's not a physical in the water struggle that Im referring to.  

It's the feeling of despair, depression, nothing is going right and you can't keep up.

Hey cut yourself some slack - it happens to the best of em.  

Sometimes you know what set you off track and sometimes you have no idea.

One thing I know is brighter days are always ahead.

Do you ever randomly thank people in your life that you come in contact with maybe daily or even on special occasions.  I mean - everyone loves to be told they matter and job well done.

My thanks today is to airline pilots across the world. 

This past week I laughed so hard I cried, literally, all my makeup off and started snorted uncontrollably like a little piggy - it was unplanned, as it should be, unexpected and delightful.

Today I saw a message of a family member talking about shopping at a place to try to find some clothes from the 80's - or maybe it was that she didn't want her clothes to look like the 80's - I can't remember which, but it made me smile just the same.

Ohhh to take them or leave them? This was always a debate - you see in my family, we grew up taking family vacations - I'm talking kids, mom, dad and even grandma too.  

It's so easy to keep in the same circle of friends - do the same things day in and day out and not realize there is a world around you, outside that bubble that is hurting, confused and down right lost.

I don't have TIME. A common statement made by many  - fess up - how many times have you used that statement this week? 

What does it mean to live your "Best life " NOW.... I mean heck, wouldn't we all like to be living our best life now - right now - nod your head up and down,  yes - of course we would.

If we asked 1000 people how to live a meaningful life, I would imagine every answer might be different.  It's hard to think as if we were at the end of our life and reflect back, but to do so opens our mind to thinking that's not all about ourselves. So what does a meaningful life look like?
